TURNAROUND TIME
The turnaround time on your order with DAVIS CUSTOM TEES & THINGS,LLC. starts when you've paid in full or made a deposit (when applicable). We must have all the information required to complete your order (all art work, working/correct tags, all fonts required for printing the designs, Logo in correct formats Transparent PNG 300dpi or higher, all shipping information, etc.). Delay in the receipt of any of this information can /will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time. Delay in the approval of your mock ups can and will also result in delays with production.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you let us know when placing the order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has paid for and pushed through our system, we my not be able to accommodate your request.
CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
Any changes to your order that is not due to DAVIS CUSTOM TEES & THINGS LLC. will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional cost to make changes. Please note that if the apparel has started production changes on what has already been done can not be changed. Also note that theses new changes will result in a delay in your order, regardless if you have paid a rush fee or given us a specific need by date. It is very important to know exactly what you want upon ordering.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority or UPS (with Delivery confirmation) Unless Customer request express shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Please verify that your shipping address is completely correct adding apartment or suite numbers when submitting your order. If your package is returned because of an undeliverable/incorrect address You (the buyer) are responsible for all postal fees to have the package reshipped.
PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS IN SHIPPING IN THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. Theses are the peak holiday shipping periods for all shipping carriers. We track all packages and will send tracking information. We cannot guarantee a final delivery date. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier we are not responsible for their delays. If you have a specific arrival date for your order outside of normal processing and delivery times, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPGRADE TO RUSH processing and to select a shipping method that will meet your arrival needs.
REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS! We will however remake a custom order if WE made an error. In order to receive approval to have part of your order (or all) remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product to the seller for inspection. All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after the original delivery has occurred.
Need a different size? We will exchange your order upon receipt and inspections of your original order. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original (unworn, and in the original packaging) back to the seller. All returns should be postmarked no later that 14 days after original delivery has occurred and sent to sender. We process exchanges within 7 business days of receipt of the original items.
PRICE POICY
DAVISCUSTOM TEES 7 THINGS, LLC. reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
